Sealing Machine Operator

Reporting To: Production Manager

Location: Thane, Manpada

Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Plastic Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sealing machines (port sealing, side sealing, 2D bag sealing, small particle sealing).

• Ensure the machines run efficiently by performing daily maintenance and routine checks.

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.

• Load and adjust materials into machines to meet production targets.

• Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to during operations.

• Maintain records of production and report discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications and Skills Necessary:

- Fresher / 2 years experience .

- Experience in plastic 3 layer /5 layer Plastic film related in pharma industry.

- Operating of plastic film cutting machine .

- Operating of plastic sealing machine .

- Basic knowledge of Design.
