Roles and Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure seamless execution of production, logistics, and facility management.
Oversee and guide the administration, who manages facility, security, office assistants, and housekeepers.
Supervise the operations team, ensuring proper inventory management, procurement follow-ups, and delivery schedules.
Supervise AMC and generation & issuance of work order, and assist in production planning.
Develop and monitor operational KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity.
Establish SOPs for operational workflows, including inventory management, facility upkeep, and logistics coordination.
Collaborate with the production, QA/QC, and purchase departments to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines for all operational activities.
Create and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience (6-8 years) in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or biotech setup.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple teams and functions.
Proficiency in inventory and logistics management software/tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across departments.
