Roles:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing operational workflows to ensure seamless coordination across departments, efficient use of resources, and alignment with company goals. They will also manage AMC schedules and ensure proper execution of product packaging processes.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and Planning:
Collaborate with QA/QC, production, purchase, and admin teams to streamline processes.
Maintain schedules for production workflows, delivery timelines, and vendor management.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and manage operations-related documents (daily progress reports, MIS, etc.).
Report operational KPIs and identify bottlenecks.
Inventory & FG Management:
Oversee inventory levels in coordination with the purchase team.
Track and manage raw material, tools, packaging materials, and spare part stock.
Track the semi-finished and finished good store.
Vendor & Logistics Management:
Work with purchase to track vendor performance and ensure timely supply of materials.
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth inward/outward movement of goods.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts):
Maintain schedules for equipment and machinery maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for timely servicing as per AMC agreements.
Track warranties and ensure completion of scheduled services to minimize downtime.
Product Packaging:
Ensure availability of packaging materials and coordinate with the production team for timely packaging.
Monitor packaging quality to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Optimize packaging processes to reduce costs and minimize waste.
Discarding trash and waste materials as per out of charge SOP.
Problem Solving:
Address issues in real-time across operations and suggest practical solutions.
Escalate issues that require senior management intervention.
Qualifications and Skills:
1-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or related fields; freshers may also apply for junior roles.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
