Laser Machine Engineer

Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Laser Cutting Machine.

• Interpret and feed CAD/CAM designs to the machine for precise cutting.

• Optimize cutting patterns to minimize material wastage and improve efficiency.

• Identify and rectify errors in design or cutting processes.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the machine.

• Analyze cutting performance and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the laser cutting machine.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with design software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAM tools.

• Familiarity with laser cutting machines or similar CAM-driven equipment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize production efficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the production team to achieve targets.

• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
