Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.

• 8-10 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and auditing.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial planning, and compliance with Indian tax laws.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

• Conduct detailed variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

• Manage tax filings (GST, TDS) and coordinate with external auditors during audits.

• Lead initiatives for cost optimization and profitability enhancement.

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management.

• Evaluate and implement ERP systems for streamlined financial operations.

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning.

• Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
