Overview:
We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be the strategic and operational anchor of UniQTainerr’s finance team. You will manage the company’s financial reporting, banking, taxation, ERP, audit compliance, and internal controls. You’ll also work closely with the CXO team on fundraising, credit structures, cost management, and expansion planning. This is a high-responsibility, high-autonomy position with direct impact on UniQTainerr’s growth and investor relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Finance Leadership
Develop annual budgets aligned with company growth goals
Advise CXOs on business expansion, debt-equity structuring, and investor readiness
Lead monthly financial reviews with actionable data and analysis
2. Banking & Fund Management
Manage all banking relationships (OD/CC, term loans, LC/BG, bill discounting)
Prepare and maintain CMA data, projected financials, and credit renewal packages
Oversee fund flow forecasting, interest cost optimization, and loan covenant compliance
3. Financial Operations
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Working Capital
Oversee accounts receivable/payable cycles, ledger posting, and cash/bank positions
Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and real-time project cash flow planning
4. Regulatory & Audit Compliance
Ensure timely and compliant filing of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Income Tax, and PF/ESIC
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and GST auditors to close audits efficiently
Maintain full compliance with MCA, FEMA, RBI, and Companies Act regulations
5. Team & Systems Management
Build and lead a strong finance team (Executives, Accountants, Interns)
Mentor junior staff, delegate responsibilities, and monitor deliverables regularly
Drive SAP B1 ERP implementation and usage across finance, purchasing, and inventory
6. Cost Control & Internal System
Conduct monthly variance analysis, costing audits, and initiate corrective action plans
Implement strong internal controls, finance-related SOPs, and process documentation
Lead the digital transformation of all financial workflows and record-keeping systems

Eligibility:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA (Finance) from reputed institute is preferred
Experience: 8–10 years in a financial leadership role
Domain Exposure: Manufacturing / Biotech / MedTech / Life Sciences preferred
Systems: Strong in SAP B1, Tally, Excel, CMA tools, cloud documentation
Banking Experience: Fund & Non-Fund (OD, CC, LC, BG) management and documentation
Compliance: End-to-end knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ROC, FEMA
